Instant Gulab Jamoon Mix

 It is one of the famous north Indian sweets. It is available in 200g and 1kg pack.

Recipe : To 1 volume of mix add 1/4 volulme of  water. Knead the mix neatly into a dough. Fry slowly in hot edible oil or ghee,continously stirring over low flame till golden yellow or brown. Sock these Jamoon in hot sugar syrup. For flavour add rose or cardamum to syrup.

Preparation of sugar syrup :-  Add 1 cup of sugar  to 1 cup of water and boil for 5 mins

Ingredients :- Maida(Wheat flour), Skimmed milk powder, Hydrogenated fats(vegetable oils), sodium - bicarbonate & malic acid.
